DIY Home Improvement Center ships by DHL, FedEX, UPS and LTL Freight (Large Trucks). Approximate ship time is stated on each product page. DHL, Fedex and UPS Ground Service: Your order will be delivered to your shipping address 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday) after it has been processed. LTL Freight (Large Trucks): Your order will be delivered to your shipping address 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) after it has been processed. Note: Oversize products such as bathtubs and showers, etc. must be shipped by LTL Freight. The LTL Freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Shipping Locations: To expedite delivery, your order may be shipped from different locations, so you may receive multiple packages. There will be no additional shipping charges. You also may not receive tracking information if we ship direct from a manufacturer or vendor. Shipping Rates: As part of the checkout process you will be provided with shipping rates based on the ship to state and zip code. Shipping rates will change depending on the weight, size and type of products you have ordered. Order Tracking: You will be notified by email once your order has been processed and shipped. Damaged Merchandise: Please inspect your package(s) before signing the release. Once you have signed the release, you have accepted the goods in their current condition. If the merchandise is damaged, you should refuse to sign the release and call customer service toll free 888-277-7220 to report the damage. Per your request we will re-ship the damaged merchandise or issue a refund. Note: We do not replace or issue refunds on damaged merchandise if it has been installed. |
